Easter Schedule
Easter Sunday morning at RHBC: We will have Sunday School at 9am and ONE WORSHIP SERVICE at 10:15am during which the Choir will present “The King is Coming” and we will celebrate Beautiful Believer's Baptism.
Maundy Thursday Communion Service on April 21 at 7pm at Raleigh Heights Baptist Church
Community-Wide Easter Sunrise Service: Sunday, April 24, at 6:30am at Lakeside Park; Jim Thompson, pastor of Raleigh Heights Baptist will bring the message. Afterward Southside Baptist will serve breakfast for a donation. In case of inclement weather we’ll gather at Southside Baptist Church.
Community-Wide Holy Week Services: April 18-22 from 12noon to 12:30 at Portlock United Methodist Church; followed by lunch, served by the congregation of the guest preacher each day:
A daily offering will be received for the Chesapeake Free Clinic
Monday- Pastor Terry Riddle, Southside Baptist;
Tuesday- Pastor Amos Eby, South Norfolk Christian;
Wednesday- Pastor Jerry Kilyk, Rosemont Christian;
Thursday- Pastor Carroll Carter, Chesapeake Ave Methodist;
Friday- Pastor Bob Robinson and Portlock Methodist.
